Financial Affairs Corporation was established in December, 1983 by its current owners for the purpose of providing Financial Services. The company’s operations were diversified in 1991 by acquiring the assets of an existing Property and Casualty Insurance Agency.

Financial Affairs Corporation targets commercial businesses and Condominium Associations as its main market and the agency represents numerous insurance carriers, such as Mapfre, The Hartford, Progressive, Foremost, Zurich, Scottsdale, Pennsylvania Lumbermen Mutual, among others, as an Independent Insurance Agent.   Most of the personal lines derive from the commercial business owners and its employees.  Therefore, we know most of our clients personally. 

Fernando Cabeza and Miriam Cabeza are the sole stockholders of Financial Affairs Corporation.  Fernando Cabeza was associated with the United States Government for more than 25 years.  Miriam Cabeza was previously associated with Totalbank as Vice President, Branch Manager, and Advisor to the Board of Directors, for many years.  Mrs. Cabeza is the Designated Primary Agent for Financial Affairs.
